You can ask someone to give you a fapiao for the entire allowance,actually your rent is lower than the accommodation allowance you get from my company, so being more than the actual rent. It means that you can get more cash than you actually pay for rent. Sometimes your company or your friends will told me to do this. Make sure that you would always insist on a fapiao. It may cost you 5% extra but you can save a lot more than that if your company is co-operative.
Let’s assume you have a rental allowance of 10,000, (plus fapiao), but you get your place for 8,000. As you need a fapiao for your company to claim back the expense, the rent will be 8,000 plus 5% for the fapiao. The company will pay the rent of 8,400, but as the allowance was to be 10,500, the difference of 2,100 will be paid in cash to you. Keep in mind the fapiao is NOT yours. It belongs to your company.
