Saw your ad in Move4Rent. I am not looking to share apartment and wanted to know if your friend has any apartments for long term rent/lease. I will be moving to GZ to live with my girlfriend who lives there now. She is Chinese. I will arrive in GZ on May 22 and if an apartment is available would want to see it or them right away. It’s only 5 minutes to Pazhou (Canton Fair), by taxi less than 1$.
All you have to do it’s to bring to case and lay down.
The apartment is located in tian he I will send you a map for the area to have a better understanding.
24-hour safeguard is available; it's very safe to live in our garden
The apartment is two bedrooms (but only one is available because I live there), 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom.
The transportation is very convenient, many shops around, and you have Carrefour which is only 10 minutes.
The rent is 350$ per week, one week minimum is required.
Free pickup is provided from the airport when you will arrive.I have some friend who are owner have apartment from 1bedroom to 3 bedroom close to pazhou
