We have a furnished bedroom is available in the west side of Vancouver. The house looking over the beautiful Queen Elizabeth Park and is located just across the street from the park. Three rooms in the lower level and we are renting one of the rooms. The lower level has a well equipped kitchen and bathroom to share with two other rooms and the room is furnished with double bed, closet and a desk with direct access to outside. Laundry is not on site but the laundromat is very close. The utilities will be $29 a month per person which includes high speed wireless Internet, electricity, water and heat ($29 including the heating!!!) The minimum rental months will be 3 months. We prefer long term tenants, though. The rent will be $630, if you are renting less than 6 month and $590 for a year or more. Meal plan available for $330 a month (breakfast, packed lunch and dinner during the weekdays). Looking for quiet and respectful person. International students or students preferred .
