The apartment is completely new and just been decorated, it is located at the north of the lake, which has a beautiful view of the lake, and it抯 got supermarket, school (under constructing) and hospital around. HSBC and other government bureaus are also not far away from it (5 minutes driving time). Restaurants, bars, bakeries and night clubs are also about 5 minutes driving time; it is very easy for you to get a taxi around my apartment because it is at the connection of East Lake and West Lake (next to Jinjihu Bridge), who are 2 parts of the SIP area. South to the villa, there are public transportations available and underground station is under construction which is just about few yards away. The Villa has racquetball court and 2 swimming pools (outdoor & indoor) free for residents. Once you moved into my apartment, you can enjoy swimming or racquetball for free.

Hi im very interested..can u please send me some pictures...also how close is this to modern ave...all information on the name of the building and anything else is highly appreciated..also what ameneties are provided by the complex i.e. maid service laundry etc.......thanks
