Hi, I ight move in Nov. 22 or 23, would that be fine? Is the rent inclusive of internet and cable? So the requirement is 1 month deposit upon move in and the succeeding payments are done monthly?

Reply: hi, you can move any time you want ,just need only move some new furniture which you need , and monthly deposit you talk on place , i think as same as 1 month rent is enough, if you agree and decide we start preparing all.You have about 40 minutes by bus, but here my ent you save a lot of money, near rent is so high for foreign workers as crazy., thanks by j

Hi, Is this near Software Park? I was recently offered a job there and I need a 1 bedroom apartment, fully furnished, with appliances, airconditioning, heat, cable and internet connection, within Software Park or very near it. I would probably move in December 2008 or early January 2009. I plan to stay for 1-3 years. I hope you can help me. Response thru email will be much appreciated. Thanks!
