In the apartment, we got nice furniture and appliance, such as refrigerator, microwave oven, 3 air conditions, 29" Color TV, washing machine, 3 beds, sofa, and dress closet... It is very safe resident area with 24hr safeguard; it's convenient area with bus station (200 meters away, first stop). Parking place are also available.

Shelly, thank you for the reply. I would like to stay in touch with you as I will most likely not be moving to Guanzhou until October 1 anyway. Would it be possible to see the apartment when I arrive in GZ on May 22 without disturbing your current tenant?
Reply: Mickey, sorry for my type bad memory. I double checed the contract, my apartment will be available untill Dec 19. Pls confirm if you still want to see my apartment. If yes, I will talk with current tenant if he agree for it.
