I am from the UK, working in Guangzhou as an English teacher in Tianhe. I am looking for an apartment in the area of Tianhe for around 2000-2500 rmb. I would need to rent from the beginning of September 2007 to the end of July 2008. I have lived in Guangzhou for 2 years previously. Could you please let me know if your apartment would be available to rent? Also, I would only be able to afford one months rent as a deposit, plus the first months rent. Would this be alright?
