My apartment is located in the Cannes Garden, which located in Tian He District, Guangzhou.It is about 200 meters west of Guangdong Olympic Sports Center.The apartment is on the tenth floor,with elevator. It is quiet at night,and ventilative through the whole day. It is very safe and convenient to live in the garden.24-hour safeguard is available (the police station is located in the Garden). There are supermarket(Home City),kindergarten, elementary school, laundry, club, snack bar, grocery store, book store, restaurant, drugstore ,SPA store and parking lot in the garden. The shuttle bus in the garden can take you to Teem Plaza and Citic Plaza within 25 minutes. There are a couple of bus stations(224,548,41,60,508,296,245,etc) near the garden, from which you can go to almost all the important downtown areas in Guangzhou. The apartment is newly built and furnished. There are Air-conditioners;Colour TV;Refrigerator;Washing machine;Gas exhauster;Gas water heater;Gas stove;Beds ,Dinning table,Dinning chair, Secretaire,Kitchen wall units,Sofa, Dress closet,Coffee table,TV cabinet ,Mattresses in my apartment.I'd like to rent the apartment at the price of USD360 to USD500 per month (or RMB3000),the longer the cheaper.According to the practice in Guangzhou, tenants should pay at least 2 months' rent as deposit and pay the monthly rent at the beginning of each month. When the tenancy expires, the deposit will be refunded if the furniture and electric appliances are in good condition.Of course ,you don't need to pay any extra agent fee or commission.
