Our rates for a Luxury 2 bedroom apartment for short term are 4800 RMB per week during the fairs. Our prices for a one bedroom start at 2000 RMB per month. Most apartments are new or like new 1 - 2 - 3 bedroom = king and regular size, 1 – 2 bath(s), two balcony, and are fully equipped with full kitchen, comfortable furniture, a/c, washer, TV, cable, internet, gym, pool and every thing else you need for an enjoyable stay.
All of our apartments are western standard CLEAN with MODERN KITCHENS and WESTERN STYLE BATHROOMS which is sometimes rare.
Send us an email and will forward pictures, maps and all the information you will need to make the right choice. We charge a 50% deposit to hold apartments reservations. All long term stays require 2 months rental deposit.
Many of our luxury apartments over look the Pearl River near the Guangzhou Bridge. If you don’t get a river view you will have the Landing Gardens beautiful gardens to look at. This is the best location to get to and from both convention halls or anywhere in the city.
During the fair taxis are almost impossible to get and very expensive if you do manage to get one! Don’t stay anywhere that is not near Metro line #2.You can be out our door and in the fairs door in 15 minutes.
All apartments are new or like new. The Luxury apartments are located in the up-scale Landing Garden complex along the Pearl River with beautiful gardens and 100% secure. The apartments are furnished with everything you will need. We can also arrange a maid for or anything else you need. There is a (CLEAN) western style grocery store attached to the complex on the ground floor. Many good restaurants and bars are in the neighbor hood along with McDonalds and KFC if you desire fast food.
