There are supermarket, laundry, club, snack bar, grocery store, restaurant, drugstores, SPA stores, kinds of the banks and parking lots are nearby and available.
Transporation:
There are a couple of buses(296,560, 804etc) pass by, and you can go to most of the important centers/downtowns in Guangzhou. Taxi is available all day long. The subway is only 5 min. from apartment which can be available from end of 2010.
Rent: RMB2500/month/the whole apartment;
Long term(1year or above) available since: July 1st 2009;
(remark: the house administration fee around RMB150/month, other bills are not including but normally around RMB200-300/month, i.e. internet, electricity, water, gas only, those are depend on how you use.)

Others: According to the renting house practice, tenants should pay 2 months' rent as deposit and one monthly rent at the beginning for the 1st month. Later pay one month by one month.
