There are only 2 flights of stairs to the apartment. There is a 24-Hour CVS drugstore right across the street, and a Morton Williams supermarket less than one block away. The laundry mat is 20 feet from the apartment building.
The area has many nice restaurants, central park, Metropolitan museum and the East River Boardwalk only a few blocks away.
As I am quiet, considerate, responsible and respectful, I am looking for roommates who are the same.

There is a bathtub with great water pressure and the bathroom sink has ample counter space. The apartment has a total of three bedrooms.

The area has many nice restaurants around my area with central park (museums, especially Metropolitan museum) and the east river boardwalk only a few avenue blocks away.

ONE BEDROOM FOR RENT
I'm going back home in the summer, so there's one bedroom for rent. Time period is from May 16 to August 31 (or even to Sep 3). The rent is 770/mon + 15 for internet. Utilities included. First Month rent + Security (770) to move in. I would prefer someone who can take it for the entire period because it makes things much easier, but would also consider other options.
The building is around E82nd Street and 2nd Avenue. Very safe neighborhood. 10-min-walk to 4/5/6 train. It's pretty nice considering the price.
It's a three bedroom apartment. You'll be sharing the bathroom and the kitchen with one guy and one girl, who are both students here. They both are very easy-going as long as, no pets, no smoking, pay the rent on time..not too noisy when it's late...They would prefer female, but guys are fine. overnight guests are fine as long as they don't live in..
The room itself is not big, but also not small considering it's manhattan. It has a closet, a desk, chair, a mattress. If you have your own furnitures..i can at least move my mattress away..it's fine but it's not suitable for someone who has a lot of stuff.
