My apartment will be available from Nov25, 2007, as the current and first tenant will be married in her hometown.
This apartment is 91 Sq. metres with 1 living room, 1 dinning room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen. It's located in 24th floor. In the apartment, we got nice furniture and appliance, such as refrigerator, microwave oven, 3 air conditions, 29" Color TV, washing machine, 3 beds, sofa, and dress closet... It is very safe resident area with 24hr safeguard; it's convenient area with bus station (200 meters away, first stop). Parking place are also available.
I'd like to rent the apartment to long-term tenants, and short term tenants are also welcome.
